1. Service Use

Moneebook provides tools for sales tracking, inventory management, and related business reporting. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.

2. Accounts and Access

You must keep your login details secure. Account owners are responsible for access given to staff and administrators within each store.

3. Billing and Trials

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Trial and promotional access may be offered for a limited period. Pricing, features, and limits can change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activities.

5. Data and Availability

We use commercially reasonable security practices. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneebook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
