Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in your offer terms.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Trial Access

Trial periods convert based on your selected plan setup. If no charge method is required during trial, access may end automatically after trial expiry.
